THERAPY IN SAN FRANCISCO & ONLINE ACROSS CA
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
Specialized Therapy and EMDR for deep healing from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, and toxic relationships.
If you’ve always felt like the weight of attachment trauma holds you back, you’re not broken; your nervous system is just doing its best to protect you.
You’ve been carrying the weight of trauma for so long that it feels like no one truly understands the toll it’s taken. Maybe you’re always on edge, bracing for something to go wrong, or you feel numb and disconnected—going through the motions but not really living. Attachment wounds from childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, or toxic relationships can leave you caught in cycles of self-doubt, pain, and isolation, making it hard to trust, belong, or feel at peace.
You deserve a space where your story is honored and your feelings are valid. Healing from trauma isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about creating safety in your body, reclaiming silenced parts of yourself, and learning new ways of relating. Through trauma therapy and EMDR, we can gently loosen the grip of the past, reconnect you with your authentic self, and open the possibility for resilience, intimacy, and joy.
Together, we’ll rebuild safety and trust.
Whether through art, parts work, EMDR, or body-based practices, therapy will meet you where you are. Healing unfolds at your pace—there’s no rush, no “right” way. Together, we’ll build resilience, self-compassion, and new ways of relating that bring relief and hope. You don’t have to carry the weight of trauma alone anymore; support and healing are possible here.

HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
Here, you can rediscover your worth, reclaim your voice, and finally feel at home in who you are.
In therapy, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, working gently with both your past and present. Using EMDR, parts work, inner child work, body-based practices, and expressive therapies, we’ll process pain in ways that ease overwhelm and help you reconnect with your inner strength. EMDR can release the charge of traumatic memories, parts and inner child work help bring compassion to the voices carrying shame or fear, and body-based approaches restore regulation and safety in your nervous system. Healing isn’t about “fixing” who you are—it’s about reclaiming your voice, rebuilding trust, and creating relationships where you can finally feel at home. You don’t have to carry the weight alone anymore; together, we’ll make space for the relief, safety, and belonging you’ve been longing for.
My approach is rooted in compassion, safety, and connection, because real healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping people navigate the deep wounds of attachment trauma, narcissistic abuse, spiritual or religious trauma, and the lasting impact of growing up with emotionally immature, neglectful, or alcoholic parents. These experiences—whether emotional manipulation, neglect, or abuse—can disrupt your sense of safety, self-worth, and your ability to trust others. I know from my own journey with relational trauma how isolating and disorienting these wounds can feel, and how vital it is to have a space where your story is honored without judgment.
